On the 104th death Anniversary of Mian Muhammad Bukhsh, a free medical camp was organized by Mian Muhammad Buksh Trust (MMBT) on 23rd January at the site of Bukhsh Hospital Dhanayala. The camp started at 9 am and continued uninterrupted till 5 pm. In the camp about 700 patients, from nearby villages of Jhelum Plains,  were treated by more than 22 leading consultants assisted by 32 parameds in the fields of Medicine,  Surgery, Gynecology, Orthopaedics, Opthalmology, E.N.T., Dermatology, Cardiology and Psychiatry from Jhelum and other parts of  the country.

Construction work of the 120-Bed charity hospital is continuing at a steady pace since August 2010. With the slab over 2nd floor ready for pouring, structure of first phase of the hospital building will be ready in the next couple of months. Michelle Langlois from the HOPE International Development Agency Canada, a major donor agency for the medical supplies in the free medical camps arranged by MMBT, visited the OPD at Bukhsh Hospital on 4th February 2010 to ensure the delivery of medicines as promised. She also visited the Girls High School (a project of M.M.B.T. ) and met with the school teachers and young students.

On the death Anniversary of Mian Muhammad Bukhsh, a free medical camp was arranged by Mian Muhammad Bukhsh Trust at Mian Muhammad Bukhsh Memorial Hospital, Dhanyala. In this camp, 45 doctors and consultants from all over Punjab participated, along with 60 paramedical staff, 3480 patients were given free check-up and complementary medicine. 253 patients were tested for Hepatitis B and Hepatitis C each, 200 patients were vaccinated for Hepatitis and 900 were tested for Diabetes.

The foundation stone ceremony was held on August 8, 2009 at Dhanyala, Jhelum, Pakistan to officially signify the start of construction of Bukhsh Hospital in the revered memory of Sufi Saint Mian Muhammad Bukhsh. Officials and special guests in attendance for today's event included the Chief Minister of Punjab Mian Shahbaz Sharif, Excise & Taxation Minister Government of Punjab Mian Mujtaba Shujah-ur-Rehman, Chief Secretary, Punjab and Raja Muhammad Afzal former Senator and MNA Jhelum, as well as invited guests representing media, government and business organizations from all over Pakistan.

Mr. Qamar Zaman Kaira, the Federal Minister for Kashmir Affairs & Northern Areas inaugurated the free dispensary and Out-door Patient Department (OPD) on 4 May 2008. Raja Muhammad Afzal Khan, former Senator/MNA, Raja Muhammad Safdar Khan MNA, Nadeem Khadim MPA, Mehr M. Fayyaz MPA were amongst the two thousand dignitaries of Jhelum, Mirpur (AJK) and Gujrat. Alhamdullilah six days a week free medical consultation and medicine to the deserving are being provided ever since.

A free medical Camp was organized in collaboration with Lions International and HOPE International Development Agency Canada, on 27th April 2008. More than 2800 patients were provided free medicines, vaccinations, tests as well as free consultation of specialists from all over Pakistan.

Saifal Malook Conference was arranged by the M.M.B.T. on Tuesday 3rd April 2007 from 16:00 to 20:00 at Alhamra Cultural Complex Lahore. The Chief guest on this occasion was Mr. Tariq Hameed, Chairman Wapda and Ch. Muhammad Iqbal, Health Minister Punjab as guest of honour was also present amongst the other fans and recitors of Saifal Malook a poetic creation of the great Sufi poet.
